The exhibition was filled with people, but lack of human connection. No introductions, no guidance, no storytelling from the staff. The flow was simple: see the ship, take a photo, and exit through the store. Staff waved you along, saying “move forward, move forward.” The space was visually impressive, but emotionally vacant.
Insight: In luxury, architecture may attract attention, but people create meaning. Without human interaction to tell the narrative, even the grandest setting becomes a backdrop for selfies rather than a stage for the brand story.
